Creating a focal point
Proudly presenting a fitted kitchen we recently designed and supplied for clients in Wolverley. Highlighting our latest example of beautiful kitchen design in Kidderminster and across Worcestershire.
Fitted with a beautiful, contemporary mix of handle-less shaker doors in painted lava and smooth slab doors painted in matte porcelain. Fitted with a host of clever appliances including the Neff venting induction hob and extractor.
Packed with clever storage ideas
Additionally, we packed this example of beautiful kitchen design in Kidderminster with clever storage ideas. Such as the handy pocket door system, where the doors of the pantry unit fold away into the cabinet. This system allows the family to use this unit as a work station without the doors getting in the way. To compliment this, we fitted the larder unit with Quartz worktops and several pull-out drawers.
Bespoke kitchen extension
In its previous life, this client’s kitchen was too small for the family’s needs. It was situated where the sink is in the photographs, but only measured around 2,000mm wide!
To create this beautiful fitted kitchen and utility room as it is today:
Our Experienced kitchen fitters worked alongside the clients builders who removed the dividing wall between the kitchen dining room; and added an extension to the side of the property. Due to the size of the new space, an island seemed like an easy choice to incorporate into the design. This created plenty of worktop space and also crated a focal point in the middle of the room. In addition to this, the client also asked for a dining /seating area to be included.
A light-bulb moment:
As the room goes off at an angle, this posed a potential issue in terms of deign. This is where our kitchen designer had a light-bulb moment and suggested having the table coming off at an angle from the island, to follow the flow of the room. Ultimately leading into the lounge space behind.
We racked our brains trying to come up with a design option for this, and in hindsight this might have been the simplest one.
