When we were looking for a new kitchen we checked out the larger companies which are on the TV but they weren't quite right, so we went to Gallery and couldn't have been happier with their service. Tyrone listened to what we wanted and went through colours and vision I had. He was patient, helpful and got involved where needed to offer advice. Tyrone also put us in contact with one of the builders they use which was Mitch Gennard so everything ran smoothly. Once everything was sorted and design set, David came to the house to check things over and put a schedule together for us and the builders which was executed as he said it would be, so we knew what was happening and when. We had Rob the kitchen fitter who came to fit the kitchen and he was brilliant, arrived on time, did a full day's work and kept me in the loop what he was doing everyday and what the plan was. I felt totally at ease and the kitchen looks amazing! A shout out to Matt as well, who came to deliver the units, and check that everything was at it should be before Rob started the installation and explained what would happen on the start day and answered any questions I had. Definitely a company that you can go to and not have the hard sell and be happy knowing you've made the right choice. We had a kitchen fitted by Gallery fitted kitchens back in 2022, which was.amazing, the design and fitting and customer service was amazing. Best of all the price was very reasonable for the quality and service. Having said this I didnt quibble to recommend to my mom, after she had moved into her new house in 2025 and wanted a new Kitchen. Anytime we needed support or guidance, this was at hand and very obliging. Long overdue review. Thanks to the expert fitters, who's workman ship really is fantastic 100% recommend every time. We will never use any other company to fit Kitchens, never had a bedroom fitted as yet, but will definitely be usingThe Gallery. We even had a different issue very recently,  we asked The Gallery if they could help us, which they did and Mat the Kitchen fitter was superb, assisted by Dave and Tyrone. Gallery Kitchens throughtout the whole process was fantastic, and their customer service is second to none, we had a problem with one of the end panels which we hadn't even seen ourselves, but was picked up by Dave and they rectified the problem. As much as I needed a kitchen refurbishment , I was dreading the thought of the upheaval.  After doing some online research I approached the Gallery as I wanted the whole project taken care of rather than having to find fitters and trades people myself.  I can honestly say that The Gallery staff made the whole process as pain free as it could possibly be.  I was a bit concerned that it was all going to come with a hefty price tag, but it wasn’t as much as I thought it would be.   Paul produced a great design which we discussed in detail and I was able to tweak it so it would suit me.  The nitty gritty of getting the old kitchen removed and the new one installed is obviously a time of turmoil but I was kept updated on the timetable of everything so I knew what to expect and had an idea of how long it was all going to taken, and everyone carried out the work to a high standard.  I’m very grateful to all the staff: Paul, Dave, Matt and Rob, and the tradespeople.  I’m very pleased with my new kitchen and would honestly recommend The Gallery to anyone thinking of upgrading their kitchen or any other rooms.

From start to finish the service I received was second to none, I was kept informed of the days each tradesmen were coming, Dave project manager, was always helpful if I had any questions, and Tom worked his magic to make my kitchen beautiful, Tahira made a design that worked so well in my kitchen as it’s not the biggest, but I’m amazed at the storage space I have, thank you to everyone who worked so hard on it, I have my dream kitchen now and would highly recommend The Gallery to anyone thinking of updating there kitchen

When we decided to have a complete kitchen renovation and add a utility at the rear of our garage it felt very daunting. Which company to use, a large chain or an independent. We chose to go with an independent and had three quotes. Straight away The Gallery impressed us. Customer service is second to none. We felt welcomed and never rushed, ideas were exchanged and a measure/design visit was made. Based on that designs were sent to us digitally, we decided on a few changes and after a discussion with Ty the final design was agreed. The team that Ty organised to do the renovation was mostly made up of independent trades people who were all craftsmen in their own field. They worked seamlessly together to produce the kitchen we had dreamed of. Dave was the project manager who oversaw the renovation. Matt, Tom and Rob were the outstanding team that took out the existing kitchen, tiling and flooring and fitted the new kitchen once all the other trades had completed their work. There were a couple of awkward areas to work around in order to fit the cupboards neatly which they planned for and completed with ease. Safe Elec did a new ring main a new consumer unit and full rewire of the kitchen, the team, Steve, Reece, Elliot and Faron were meticulous in their attention to detail and above all safety. Chris the plasterer had the task of putting all the walls and ceilings back to a smooth finish which we were very happy with. Last but not least was Barry who laid the floor making sure that the tiles worked perfectly with our layout and we are delighted with the result. As we wanted to reuse some units from the old kitchen in our newly formed utility room the teams went above and beyond to work together to achieve a smooth and successful transformation and we cannot thank them enough for all their hard-work and patience throughout. We were extremely impressed with the skilled way that each and every one of the team worked. We were also impressed with how carefully they worked and how friendly they all were and so we can honestly say it was a pleasure to have them in our home. I absolutely love my new kitchen.  The service from start to finish was brilliant.  My 90’s country kitchen with worktops overloaded with everything but the kitchen sink 😂 has now disappeared behind closed doors.  The quality of the cupboards are superb .  The installation meticulous . With all new kitchens there are snags along the way . Dave project manager was always at the end of the phone to resolve any situation.  To sum up , Dave Ty and all the team handled everything with professionalism, courtesy & friendliness.. If you’re looking for a new kitchen, The Gallery is the place to go.
