When we decided to have a complete kitchen renovation and add a utility at the rear of our garage it felt very daunting. Which company to use, a large chain or an independent. We chose to go with an independent and had three quotes. Straight away The Gallery impressed us. Customer service is second to none. We felt welcomed and never rushed, ideas were exchanged and a measure/design visit was made. Based on that designs were sent to us digitally, we decided on a few changes and after a discussion with Ty the final design was agreed. The team that Ty organised to do the renovation was mostly made up of independent trades people who were all craftsmen in their own field. They worked seamlessly together to produce the kitchen we had dreamed of. Dave was the project manager who oversaw the renovation. Matt, Tom and Rob were the outstanding team that took out the existing kitchen, tiling and flooring and fitted the new kitchen once all the other trades had completed their work. There were a couple of awkward areas to work around in order to fit the cupboards neatly which they planned for and completed with ease. Safe Elec did a new ring main a new consumer unit and full rewire of the kitchen, the team, Steve, Reece, Elliot and Faron were meticulous in their attention to detail and above all safety. Chris the plasterer had the task of putting all the walls and ceilings back to a smooth finish which we were very happy with. Last but not least was Barry who laid the floor making sure that the tiles worked perfectly with our layout and we are delighted with the result. As we wanted to reuse some units from the old kitchen in our newly formed utility room the teams went above and beyond to work together to achieve a smooth and successful transformation and we cannot thank them enough for all their hard-work and patience throughout. We were extremely impressed with the skilled way that each and every one of the team worked. We were also impressed with how carefully they worked and how friendly they all were and so we can honestly say it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We actually missed them when they were finished. So we highly recommend The Gallery, Pensnett for your kitchen renovation.

I absolutely love my new kitchen. The service from start to finish was brilliant. My 90’s country kitchen with worktops overloaded with everything but the kitchen sink 😂 has now disappeared behind closed doors. The quality of the cupboards are superb . The installation meticulous . With all new kitchens there are snags along the way . Dave project manager was always at the end of the phone to resolve any situation. To sum up , Dave Ty and all the team handled everything with professionalism, courtesy & friendliness.. If you’re looking for a new kitchen, The Gallery is the place to go. We couldn't recommend Tyrone and his team enough. From start to finish the whole process was stress free. My wife had a very specific colour in mind for our kitchen units. Tyrone was able to colour match from a Valspar colour card, sourcing a sample unit in the colour to ensure we were 100% happy with it before committing. The space was really brought to life during our consultation, with Tyrone using his expertise to make suggestions to really make the space work. Our kitchen has become the hub of our home. We highly recommend The Gallery Fitted Kitchens. My wife and I went to the Gallery in December 25, to discuss a new kitchen. Matt at the Oldswinford showroom worked with us and designed a fantastic kitchen. He was great accommodating many changes we asked for before we finally knew what we wanted! Matt was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered the kitchen and appliances from The Gallery in late December and booked a fitting for early February. The kitchen fitting team led by Dave were superb. Dave did the initial survey to check the design. The rip out of the old kitchen in early Feb went smoothly so we could sell the old kitchen, with no damage. The fitting process was painless and to a very high standard. Tom, Rob and Matt were very polite and true craftsmen. They worked very well with our Electrician Roger from RSC Installations. Manufacturing faults and missing deliveries were dealt with quickly and without us having to worry. The kitchen is now fitted and fully working and looks great. We have had our new kitchen fitted by this great company, local friendly and professional, had a comparison design and quote from Wren but would recommend anyone to use the Gallery. From design stage by Ty everything went to plan the recommended tradespeople were all very good and well used to doing the work needed. We went to Gallery after being messed about by another local kitchen company. Paul was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble - we changed the design several times. We placed the order and a few weeks later they have our amazing new kitchen which is even better that we imagined! The installation was hassle free too. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars!
