Patrick Mulligan

Director

Patrick has gained a wealth of experience over decades within the kitchen Industry. He has held senior roles in Sales and Marketing with companies in both the trade and retail sectors. His friendly, personable approach; coupled with great product knowledge (and a can-do attitude) have been the driving force for the (continued) success of The Gallery.

Pat enjoys fine-dining, travel, a pint of Bathams (in a handle glass) hipster music and catching up with old friends. To balance out the fun stuff, Pat has recently taken up swimming to keep-fit. Feel free to arrange a showroom visit to meet Pat and The Gallery’s friendly team in person.

Susan Mulligan

Studio Manager / Finance

Sue has a background in office management and accounts, and has gained valuable experience in these fields over many years. She oversees the accounts department, pays the Salaries, and does the VAT returns. She is also in control of all purchase orders, and liaises directly with suppliers and the fitting teams. He ensures the correct products are ordered and delivered on time for each project.

Sue’s great attention to detail means fewer mistakes are made, jobs run more smoothly; And most importantly: customers are happy. In her spare time Sue enjoys eating out, holidays (particularly Italy) and spending time with her grandkids.

Tyrone Mulligan

Design / Sales

Tyrone joined the gallery in 2014. He had been working in the sector for 8 years with a national kitchen and worktop distributor, gaining valuable experience in both product knowledge and sales. In his role as Area Sales Manager he came into direct contact with retail showrooms up and down the country, which gave him a great insight into how a retail showroom should (or shouldn’t) be run.

Tyrone has now assumed complete control of Buying, Sales and Marketing. His passion now is to see The Gallery enhance its reputation for supplying and installing quality kitchens across The Midlands. Tyrone enjoys attending live music events, supporting Wolves, (attempting to) brew craft ales and spending time with his kids.

Rachel Mulligan

Admin / Sales

Introducing Rachel, joining husband Tyrone (and the in-laws) making it a real family business. Rachel’s background is in children’s services, education and social care. She brings with her the communication skills and empathy that were required in those roles, to The Gallery. Initially she will be involved in all aspects of the administration, whilst also developing her natural Social Media and design skills.

In her spare time Rachel enjoys going to keep-fit, cooking (in a beautiful kitchen!) a pint of gin & tonic, and spending time with her husband Tyrone. Keep up-to-date with Rachel, and all the goings on at The Gallery by following us on Instagram.

Steph Walsh

Showroom Manager

Steph has joined The Gallery team after spending many years with some of the region’s largest kitchen retailers. She has a wealth of experience in showroom management, and a real flair for kitchen and bedroom design.

Her design skills, coupled with a can-do attitude and a desire to give the customer a truly first-class service makes Steph a perfect addition to The Gallery’s team. Dave Williams | The Gallery fitted kitchens

David Williams

Operations Manager

Dave has joined the team with the specific role of project managing every installation to ensure total customer satisfaction. Prior to final orders being placed, he will carry out a home survey to do a check of measurements / electrics / plastering and building requirements.

Once the design is finalised and orders placed, he will co-ordinate all trades involved and keep you updated every step; from delivery to completion. Dave has many years’ experience in installation and is totally focussed on giving the customer a first-class service.

Introducing Matt, our new Showroom Manager at The Gallery Oldswinford! With several years of experience in the industry, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His natural flair for design ensures that he’s here to help you turn your indoor or outdoor kitchen dreams into a stunning reality.

A Kings Heath native, Matt is a music enthusiast who annually enjoys attending Mostly Jazz Festival. In his leisure time: he stays active, dedicating most of his hours to climbing and creating cherished memories with his daughter.

Matt Jones

Installations Manager

As our Senior fitter, Matt oversees the whole project and coordinates with all the tradesmen involved, to ensure a smooth process from start to completion. He is always on hand to offer advice and answer any queries that may arise during the installation.

Matt has been with The Gallery for 16 years and is a very important part of the success story that is The Gallery. He is married with two young children and spends his leisure time with them touring the country in his motor-home.

Tom McDonnell

Kitchen Fitter

Tom is the most recent recruit to the team having started with us part-time, but has been working on a full-time basis for the last three years. Tom is a well-respected and valuable member of our team. He is customer-focused and possesses a great work-ethic, not to mention pride in each job he does.

Tom’s keen attention to detail first attracted the eye of our design team. As a result, he is one of our most trusted kitchen fitters in Dudley, and across the West Midlands.
