{1} Initial enquiry

It all starts with your initial kitchen enquiry and showroom visit. We’re more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

{2} FREE home consultation

Your free home appointment is arranged so you can give us your brief, we can measure the kitchen and share our initial ideas.

{3} Design and quote

We create a free design plan and quotation based on your ideas and inspiration.

{4} Present concept

We present the design concept to you in the showroom. See our Virtual Reality showroom example here.

{5} Personalisation

You personalise your scheme with a selection of our luxury worktops, appliances, storage, kitchen lighting and accessories.

{6} Agree to plan and design

After you are completely happy, we agree the final plan and design.

{7} Deposit and go-ahead

You give us instructions to proceed and a deposit of 20% of the total purchase price and an installation date is agreed.

{8} Completion

We monitor progress of the work and liaise closely with you during installation, to ensure a successful completion on schedule.
